What I did
Carpentry and interior fit-out: roof structures, carports, drywall. A craft business sells through work it can show, so references are at the centre of the site.
The result is a presence with a reference gallery and clear service pages. Anyone planning a project first sees what the business has built, and then finds the short route to an enquiry.
The enquiry form asks for the key details of a project right away: what should be built, where, at what scale. So the first conversation doesn't start from zero.
Visitors see finished projects first, and then send an enquiry that's worth it.
