Who I am
Web design, print and branding for small businesses and the self-employed. For people who've built something of their own and need a presence to match.
I don't make one-offs. Colours, type and building blocks come from one system that carries everything: website, business card, logo. That's why the second thing fits the first, even a year later.
A presence that still holds up after three years costs less than starting over twice. I go for things that last, not effects that look dated fast.
First, design has to do its job: be found, understood and recognised. More often than not, that's exactly what makes it beautiful.
Function alone doesn't make a presence. It should feel like you, not like a template. You notice the difference before you can put it into words.

AI and systems
For me, AI isn't a chat window next to the work. It sits right inside my workflows. I build systems that automate recurring processes, analyse information and connect one step to the next. Much of it I built for my own business first. If it makes sense for yours, I'll build it for you too.
Sorting enquiries, transferring data, preparing content, checking incoming payments or filing information in the right place. Recurring tasks can be automated instead of being picked up by hand every day.
Not just answering questions. I connect AI to your existing workflows, forms, data and tools. That way an enquiry can turn into a case on its own, complete with an assessment and the next sensible step.
Checking SEO data regularly. Preparing content. Spotting open cases. Summarising information. I build workflows that handle recurring work by themselves and get in touch when a decision from you is needed.
I set up colours, fonts, content and building blocks so they belong to your brand. Even if content is generated automatically later on, or you change something yourself, the result stays consistent and still looks like you.
