Two items, nothing more: the one-off setup fee (€549, the same for a new site and a relaunch), then €49/month for hosting, domain, SSL, maintenance, backups and your dashboard. There are no hidden extras. You only book changes from me when you want them, as tickets.
After you sign off, not before. You order, I build, you see the finished draft in your dashboard, and only once you approve it is the setup fee due and the subscription starts.
You change texts, images and the order of your sections yourself in the dashboard, free of charge, as often as you like, new subpages included. For work I take on (a new page, a new feature, layout changes), you buy a ticket bundle. The smallest is 5 tickets for €110. Tickets you buy never expire.
No. You can cancel monthly from day one, to the end of the month, with no notice period. Your domain is registered in your name and moves with you; you get your content as a download.
Because a website isn't a one-off product: hosting, security updates, backups and support keep coming up. The subscription covers exactly that, plus your dashboard where you manage content yourself. With traditional agencies these costs hide in a high one-off price or in maintenance contracts.
A traditional agency usually charges a four-figure one-off sum for a comparable site, plus a maintenance contract. A site builder looks cheaper, but you build, write and maintain everything yourself, and it often shows. Here you get a designer's result at a predictable monthly price, with a dashboard that still lets you edit it yourself.
